Blue Stream Academy (BSA) can provide high quality, easy to use and cost effective online training courses for your staff. The modules are constantly reviewed to ensure accuracy of content and BSA offer frequent upgrades and new modules at no extra cost.

The GP eLearning Suite

Feature 2 The BSA GP eLearning suite hosts 120+ clinical and non-clinical modules, all of which are CPD certified and are designed in levels to ensure focused training. Training profiles can be modified by system administrators, and new profiles are created with their recommended modules per job role.

Trainees can view estimated module timings prior to starting a module and, once started, each module’s progress can be saved and continued at a later date. A mixed knowledge test is included to complete each module, these tests are multiple choice with a pass rate of 80%. Once complete, trainees receive a nationally recognised certificate of completion, which includes the completed CPD hours, module, organisation name and completion date.

Alongside the GP eLearning suite, BSA provide a paperless Care Certificate solution which covers each of the 15 Care Certificate standards within a bespoke eLearning and practical assessment system. Along with the 15 eLearning modules relating to the training standards, the practical assessment suite allows overseeing staff to record and upload evidence for each of the practical assessments. Upon completion, each trainee will receive a nationally recognised Care Certificate.

Management of Information System (MIS)

Each eLearning suite has an easy-to-use Management of Information System (MIS), ensuring that all training of any kind (face-to-face, virtual, classroom or eLearning) can be tracked. Evidence of compliance can be accessed easily through their training matrix. If an individual user moves to a different job within the health and care sector, their BSA Training Passport can move with them, therefore eliminating the need for retraining.

Each package can be customised with the Blue StreamNet platform add-ons. This includes optional extras such as Blue People HR system, Blue Voice discussion forum and Blue Check DBS checking system.
