Experienced Practice Nurse

Hadlow Medical Centre based in Hadlow, Tonbridge are looking for an Experienced Practice Nurse to join the team.

• They require a Registered General Nurse with a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
• At least 2 years recent primary care and/or community nursing experience.
• Experience in nurse-led management of long-term conditions.
• Membership of the relevant professional body.
• Able to work in accordance the NMC Code of Conduct.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Excellent communications skills.
• IT Skills (we use the EMIS System).
• Someone who is reliable and punctual.
• Must be Hepatitis B immune or willing to undergo an immunisation course.

Hadlow Medical Centre is a friendly, professional rural GP Practice. We have approximately 6000 patients and work together as a team to achieve the best working environment for all members of staff. We boast Hadlow Castle and Hadlow Agricultural College plus sale of lovely plants etc as two of our points of interest. Also, a lovely antiques shop + tea rooms just down the road – the homemade soups are delicious. This tea room is frequented by most of the staff at some time.
