Come and join the friendly team at Holbrook Surgery, located in Horsham, West Sussex. They are an established and well-run training practice, providing high-quality patient-centred care within a close working team.

The ideal candidate will be keen and enthusiastic, who will undertake all normal duties and responsibilities associated with GP working within primary care.

Previous registrars who have worked with the practice have rated them very highly and several have gone on to become salaried and partners at the practice.

Their team consists of 6 GP partners, 3 salaried GPs, lead practice nurse, diabetic specialist nurse, practice nurses, an HCA, GP Assistants and administrative staff who use a care navigation system to direct patients to appropriate appointments. They all work together to look after around 16,000 patients and use SystmOne, AccuRx and Docman Connect. Their QOF achievement is consistently high and CQC rating is good.

In addition, they run diabetic clinics, minor surgery, joint injections, coil and implant clinics, and have regular clinical meetings to help us keep up-to-date. We are actively involved in our PCN, which provides access to the full complement of staff including Social Prescribers, Clinical Pharmacists, Care Co-ordinators, Physicians Associates, Paramedics and First Contact Physios.
