Salaried GP with a View to Partnership

The Springs Medical Partnership are looking for a salaried GP – with a future view to partnership – to join their established team. The ideal candidate will be keen and enthusiastic, who is prepared to challenge and prepared to push boundaries.

Start date: negotiable but ideally January 2024

We tick all the usual boxes in terms of QoF, modern premises, being forward thinking etc. But here’s where we’re different—we talk to each other—a lot!

We are an experienced, established team and the Practice is run by a five strong Management Team. Our personalities are all very different, but this makes for interesting conversations and a strong, cohesive team that works.

Our list size is 11,386, we are a training Practice and we play an active role in our PCN. We have a GP team of nine, two Nurse Practitioners, a full complement of Nursing and Administrative staff including a Care Coordinator and Community Matron Team. Through our PCN we have now added Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Mental Health Workers, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Link Workers to our Team.

We aim to be the best we absolutely can be.

We have a short meeting every day to advise, support, make decisions – or discuss what we watched on TV last night.

We are situated close to the M1/A1 and have easy access to the Peak District. This is a beautiful area of England and provides excellent opportunities for outdoor activities with the family.
