About the practice:

• West Oak Surgery is a GMS practice serving a population of around 5500.
• 2 partner practice and 1 salaried GP
• SystmOne
• Premises are a converted and extended house
• Low home visiting rate
• No care home commitment
• Teaching practice with medical students throughout all years of training, opportunities to be involved in training
• Member of Synergy PCN
• Support from PCN staff including First Contact Physio, Pharmacist, Mental health OT, Dietitian, Social Prescriber
• We pride ourselves on excellent patient care, good relationships with our patients and good links with the community MDT
• Good engagement with Nottingham North and East CCG and the ongoing changes within the NHS
• Regular clinical meetings both in-house and with wider community services

About the role:

We are looking to cover four clinical sessions from October 2022, however this date can be flexible; and we would of course be prepared to wait for the right candidate. We welcome applications from newly qualified and experienced GPs. We can be flexible with sessions and will support newly qualified GP’s with longer appointment time slots.
