Job Description
About the practice:
Meadows Health Centre is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and motivated GP Partner to join their friendly practice team.
- We are an inner-city practice located in the Meadows area of Nottingham.
- Currently 2 GP partners, 1 Permanent Locum Practice Nurses, 1 HCA and 1 trainee Phlebotomist
- Supported by Management team and very experienced admin, secretarial and reception team
- Practice list size is currently around 4500 and increasing
- High QOF achievement
- TPP System One Practice
- GMS Practice
- Rated Good by CQC in November 2019 and subsequent remote inspections. Most recent April 2022
- Member of Clifton and Meadows PCN (PCN8)
- PCN team include Clinical Pharmacist, Social Prescriber and First Contact Physiotherapists.
