About the practice

A great opportunity has arrived for a Salaried GP position working across two sites: Alice Medical Centre/The Medical Centre with combined list size of approximately 7000 patients.

• Both practices have purpose-built premises.
• GP Partners are also GP Trainers.
• The practices have received ‘Good’ rating by CQC.
• The practice team consists of GP Partner, Nurse, Clinical Pharmacist, HCA, FY2, and GPSTR.
• Members of PCN5 and have active involvement with growing PCN workforce which currently includes pharmacists, Physician associates and social prescribers.
• Low visiting rate
• The practices offers minor surgery, joint injections, coils and implants
• Practices has high QOF achievements
• Participation with Wide range of DES/LES
• Paper light practices (System-One)
• They are engaged in Research and are part of the Clinical Research Network East Midlands

Post holder requirements

The ideal candidate must hold MRCGP and have excellent clinical and communication skills with active interest in Teaching and Training as would be involved in supervision of Medical students/FY2 and GP Registrars. A commitment to complete Clinical supervisor training would be desirable.
